We offer a variety of dishes every day depending on the season and the availability of vegetables, such as pot-au-feu, potage, cream soup, and brown rice soup, all made with plenty of seasonal vegetables.

2. Special Salad

This is a hearty salad with an assortment of different ingredients depending on the day, such as marinated seafood, cheese, prosciutto, and liver paste.

3. Mirasaka Fromage's Cheese Gratin

We use Scarmozza, a grass-fed cheese grown in the mountains of Miyoshi City, Hiroshima Prefecture.A delicious cheese that has won awards around the world.This is our recommended menu item, made using seasonal vegetables, seafood, and meat.

4. Today's main dish

The menu varies depending on the day and may include steak, sauteed chicken, seafood, hamburger steak, stew, etc.Served with pasta or rice.

5. Dessert

We offer cakes baked at our greengrocer cafe in Akasaka, fig compote, and more.
