4. Cheese gratin from Mirasaka Fromage

This short pasta gratin is made with plenty of grass-fed scarmozza cheese from Mr. Matsubara, who runs a forest dairy farm in Miyoshi City, Hiroshima Prefecture.

5.Today's main dish

An exceptional salad and meat platter made with tomatoes from Kurita Farm, which won the Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries Award.It is also possible to change to a vegetarian menu.

6. Dessert

Homemade cakes and fruits are served with wonderful white oolong tea made by Mr. Miyazaki, who produces tea without pesticides in Gokase-cho, Nishiusuki-gun, Miyazaki Prefecture.Drinks can also be replaced with coffee, black tea, or wildflower tea.
